We are committed to ensuring you're happy with your order.
If there are any issues with your items, we're here to make it right.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your package to initiate a return or exchange for quality-related issues.
You must provide clear photos or a short video of the issue for our assessment.
Eligibility Conditions
1. Quality Issues (Our Responsibility):
- The item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
- There was a printing error, or the design is significantly different from the website.
- We sent the wrong item (e.g., wrong style or size).
For these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or free reprint.
2. Non-Quality Issues (Change of Mind / Wrong Size):
- We get it—sometimes the fit isn't perfect, or it's just not what you expected.
- In these cases, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.We can offer you a size exchange or store credit.
For these requests, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

- In your email, please include your Order Number and clear photos/description of the issue.
- We will respond to your request within 2 business days with further instructions.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Important Note on Made-to-Order Items
Please note that all Grumpy Cat Club products are made-to-order.
This means we start production specifically for you after your order is placed.
Therefore, we cannot accept order cancellations solely for change of mind.
However, this does not affect your right to a return or exchange for quality-related issues.
